Encouraging well-being is the theme behind everything I do with food. This typically includes ethically sourcing my produce as much as possible, because people feel happier buying food and consuming foods free from pesticides, unnecessary food miles and gmo’s, besides it’s not something I want to see for my grandchildren.
I also use delicious alternatives, such as a variety of gluten-free flours, sugar-cane free recipes and suggest dairy-free and vegan options that allow people to eat freely without compromising their health.
I cook with organic wholefoods wherever possible which actively promote health and I use vegetables and pulses in sweet as well as savoury dishes which ensures you get more of your daily 7-9 fruit and vegetables delivered in a delicious form!
Healthy Habits….watch this space for updates!!
Over the years I have made healthy changes to the way I eat, drink and cook at home and I’d like to share some of them with you.
Of course nourishing the human soul requires more than the ‘bread alone’ approach and so I also work as a psychophonetics practitioner, using alphabetical sound, counselling and movement to communicate with the body in it’s own language. I love helping people find their own answers to life issues, which may or may not be food related.
