Belinda Connolly is an ex globe-trotting royal chef, cookbook author and artisan market stallholder. Her focus is on creating innovative vegetarian dishes with robust flavours, most of which are also free from gluten, dairy and animal products.
She enjoys the challenge of translating new healthier food trends into freefrom dishes. She unabashedly plunders all manner of cuisine classics and boldly cross dresses sweet and savoury dishes with gay abandon. Her food blurs the boundary between classy slow-food takeaway and upmarket veggie restaurant, spiced with extra inspirations from her Devon kitchen table.
As a therapist she loves exploring peoples’ relationships to food in all it’s forms and because Totnes is a Transition Town, conversations about sustainability and well-being rank high on the menu.
