The classes will be held in my pretty farmhouse kitchen near Dartington and are for 6 people. Whether you are a beginner or already an experienced cook, learning to use freefrom ingredients requires a mental rethink which, once learned, will set you on a confident path to cooking delicious dishes without wheat, sugar or dairy.You need never worry about that food intolerent ‘freefrom’ dinner guest again….because you will all be enjoying the same meal!
The classes include all ingredients plus a recipe booklet as well as a delicious organic two course gluten- free, vegan lunch cooked by Belinda. The recipes will be mainly taken from The Deliciously Conscious Cookbook and will include a wide range of both sweet and savoury dishes as well as baking experience.
Group bookings of 6 people are entitled to a 20% discount. Overnight B&B acommodation £30.00 extra per person.
